I woke up today and Soren had already made his lunch.

So today, Soren will be eating

Tortilla jam and honey sandwich ( said he couldn't find the bread that was right there on the counter.)
tortilla chips
dried apricots
and for desert a taco shell drizzled with honey and a layer of chocolate chips and seaweed.

He is really excited.........and we will revisit nutrition tomorrow.

I can't wait for the review on the lunch from Soren...after it has been consumed.

Strangely enough my boys (and I) love seaweed. We eat a sheet of it straight up all the time. In fact you might hear me say, no, you need to finish the rest of your dinner before you can have more seaweed. So it is not so much that the seaweed is unusual as much as the combo of chocolate chips, honey, taco shell and seaweed. I know, it is all so strange.
